MySunnyvale is the new service request door
Sunnyvale shifted from Access Sunnyvale to MySunnyvale, a web and mobile service request system for reporting issues, requesting services, and sharing feedback with the city.
Sunnyvale changed its main service request system. Access Sunnyvale was replaced by MySunnyvale. The new system works on the web and by mobile app.
That helps to know if you have an old bookmark, saved link, or search result. Some older links may still show up for a while. MySunnyvale is now the place to report issues, request city services, and send feedback.
Use it for regular city items where staff needs to review a spot or answer a request. Sunnyvale has homes, office campuses, older orchard-era streets, schools, parks, and busy roads. A clear spot helps the city know what kind of place you mean.
For the smoothest request, use the current MySunnyvale link. Add the closest address or cross street. Write a short note. Add a photo when the problem can be seen from the street, sidewalk, or park.

California Porch explains the path. The official source is still the place to confirm the current rule, fee, form, map, deadline, or office decision.
Use the official page before you spend money, file paperwork, rely on a deadline, or change a property.
