Rialto utilities start with water, sewer, trash, and providers
Rialto residents may deal with Rialto Water Services, sewer billing, Burrtec trash service, utility providers, rebates, and different water service areas.
In Rialto, use your address first when sorting utilities. One home may pay water in one place and trash in another. Power, gas, phone, cable, internet, street sweeping, and bill payment can point to other pages too.
Rialto Water Services handles water and sewer questions in its service area. The city also links to maps for Rialto Water Services, West Valley Water District, and Fontana Water Company. Nearby homes can have different water providers. They can also have different bill pieces.
Trash service is listed apart from water and sewer. The city’s directory points to Burrtec for trash. It also lists Southern California Edison, Southern California Gas, Spectrum, West Valley Water District, and Rialto Water Services. For water or sewer bill questions, Rialto gives a phone line for normal hours. The same line is listed for water emergencies after hours.
When moving in, make a short account list. Confirm water, sewer, trash, power, gas, and internet. Keep account numbers together. Check rebates or rate notices before replacing toilets, sprinklers, turf, fixtures, or major appliances.
