Rialto puts trash day and sweeping reminders in one place
Rialto residents can use city reminders for trash day and street sweeping, plus Burrtec rules for large items that do not fit in carts.
Rialto puts several curbside details close together. Trash day, street sweeping, waste drop-off days, clean-up days, and bulky-item pickup all have their own timing. A quick reminder can save a lot of fuss.
The city has a trash and street-sweeping reminder tool. Residents can get reminders by app, email, text, phone call, or printable calendar. The tool can also show hazardous waste and clean-up schedules.
Large items use a different path. Single-family trash customers get up to two free bulky-item pickups per calendar year. Burrtec schedules the pickup. Vehicle parts, building waste, and hazardous waste are not part of that service.
Apartments, condos, and mobile home parks usually go through property management for disposal options. For single-family homes, keep it simple: check the schedule, set reminders, and schedule bulky items before placing them at the curb.
