Pasadena's City Service Center is the everyday city help desk

Pasadena residents can use the City Service Center by phone, web, app, or chat to ask city questions, submit regular requests, and find the right city service.

PasadenaCity Service Centercity services

Pasadena’s City Service Center is a useful first stop when a city question does not fit one clear office. You can use it by phone, web, app, or LiveChat. That saves you from hunting through the whole city chart.

Use it for regular city help and basic service questions. It also works for requests where the city needs a place and a short note. The same center can point you toward trash and recycling, water and power, parking, public works, permits, events, and other city pages.

The phone number is easy to keep handy: 626-744-7311. Regular call center hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you send a request online, include the address or closest cross street. Add a short note. Add a photo if it helps.

Pasadena also has special paths for parking permits, power outages, police items, and public health questions. If the City Service Center sends you to one of those pages, use that more exact door.
