Corona utility setup begins with Customer Care

Coronautilitieswater service

Corona’s utility setup starts with Customer Care. The city’s start and stop service page explains how to begin water service, then use the online account tools after the account is established.

That is useful when moving into a house, managing a rental, or trying to make sure water service does not pause between occupants. Have the service address, move-in or move-out date, contact information, and any owner or manager details ready before you call or email.

Corona also has a continuous service agreement for property owners and managers who need water to stay on between tenants. That is a different need than a regular move-in request.

The page also separates water service from electric service. If the address is in Corona’s electric service area, the electric step uses its own form. If not, check the correct electric provider instead of assuming both services are city-run.
