Corona has one permit directory for very different local questions
Corona's permit directory points residents toward eTRAKiT, building permits, alarm permits, block party barricades, parking permits, and the right city department.
Corona’s Grand Boulevard gives the city an easy map memory. It loops around the old center. But city permits do not all move in one circle. The permit directory is a useful first stop because it splits questions by permit type.
You can use eTRAKiT to pay permits online and look up building permit history. The same directory also points to alarm permits, block party barricades, building permits, electrical permits, mechanical permits, plumbing permits, and commercial vehicle parking permits.
That range matters. A home project, a block party, and a parking question may all use the word permit. They may go to different desks. The directory keeps the first step from turning into a long phone chain.
For construction, the Building Division adds plan check help, inspection scheduling, forms, and eTRAKiT tutorials. Start by naming the kind of permit. Then follow the city link that fits the question.

California Porch explains the path. The official source is still the place to confirm the current rule, fee, form, map, deadline, or office decision.
Use the official page before you spend money, file paperwork, rely on a deadline, or change a property.
