MYCCAPP handles Cathedral City maintenance reports

Cathedral CityMYCCAPPpublic works

MYCCAPP is Cathedral City’s service-request path for maintenance issues. Public Works points residents to the app for 24/7 requests, with photos or videos and a map or mobile GPS pin.

That is useful in a desert city where the same issue might be on a neighborhood street, near a wash, by a park, along a landscaped corridor, or close to a busy commercial road. A clear location keeps the request from becoming a guessing game.

Public Works maintenance covers a wide range of city work, including street repairs, potholes, signs, striping, curb painting, sweeping, curb repair, and traffic signal maintenance. If the issue fits one of those lanes, MYCCAPP is usually the cleaner first move.

For the request itself, include the nearest address, cross street, direction, and a photo. If the matter is dangerous right now, use the emergency or direct contact path instead of a routine app report.
