Victorville report-a-problem requests start by choosing the category
Victorville's Report page lets residents choose a category for local issues and also gives after-hours contacts for certain city services.
Victorville’s Report page works best when you choose the right category first. The city uses category choices for local issues, and it also promotes a mobile app for reporting problems.
That category step matters in a desert city with long roads, large parcels, and many service areas. A dead animal, broken sprinkler, curb repair, park issue, code concern, illegal dumping report, or public works problem may all need different city staff. If the issue happens outside normal business hours, the page gives separate phone contacts for some services.
Before sending a report, collect the address, nearest cross street, direction of travel if it is along a roadway, and a photo if the issue is visible. If the concern involves immediate danger, active crime, fire, or a highway emergency, use emergency or public safety contacts instead of a routine category request.
