Tustin water and trash chores use two different service doors
Tustin water billing runs through the city, while residential trash, recycling, cart changes, missed pickups, temporary bins, and bulky items run through CR&R.
Tustin water and trash questions split cleanly. Water billing is a city service. Trash and recycling collection run through CR&R.
For water, Tustin’s Water Billing Division gives several payment paths. You can pay online, by phone, by mail, or in the City Hall drop box. The Water Billing Department number is 714-573-3075. After-hours water emergencies use 714-549-6913.
For trash and recycling, CR&R is the first call. Customer service is 714-372-8272. That number is for starting service, changing an address, replacing carts, bulky item pickups, temporary bins, and missed pickups.
That split is helpful after a move. One call may set up a water account, while a different call handles bins or a missed collection.
Before you call, write down the address, account number if you have one, and the exact chore: water payment, water emergency, cart change, bulky item, or missed pickup.
