San Jacinto street reports need the right road owner
San Jacinto's Streets Department page covers city street issues such as signs, illegal dumping, sidewalk repair, streetlights, and potholes, with separate contacts for traffic signals.
San Jacinto’s Streets Department page is the place to check for city street problems, especially damaged or missing signs, illegal dumping, street and sidewalk repair, streetlight outages, and potholes.
The city also gives a reminder that not every road nearby is a city road. If the location is on the edge of town, near a county road, or in a fast-growing area, check the road book link before assuming San Jacinto is the right agency.
For a useful request, write down the exact street, nearest cross street, side of the road, and what a crew would see when they arrive. A pothole near an intersection, a missing sign, or dumping in the right-of-way is much easier to find with a landmark.
Traffic signals are handled separately through Riverside County customer service, while potholes have a dedicated reporting phone number on the city page.
