Go SBCity helps San Bernardino route everyday city requests
San Bernardino residents can use Go SBCity, SB Access Online, or SB Direct to report many non-emergency city issues, ask questions, and get service requests routed.
In San Bernardino, the useful first split is simple: regular city request, city information, or police emergency.
Go SBCity is the mobile path for many non-emergency city issues. The app lets you choose the issue. You can add a photo and send the location. SB Access Online is the web side of that same idea.
SB Direct is the city call center for non-emergency problems. It also handles suggestions, information, and service requests. It helps when you would rather talk through the issue or you are not sure which city form fits.
For a clean request, write the closest address, cross street, and a short description. A photo helps when the issue is a pothole, dumped item, broken city feature, or other visible problem.
If the situation is urgent or police-related, use the emergency or police route shown by the city. For everyday city fixes, Go SBCity or SB Direct is the calmer first step.
