Perris water questions may now point to EMWD
Perris water and sewer service information notes that services transferred to Eastern Municipal Water District in 2024, so utility questions may need that district route.
For a Perris address with a water or sewer question, start by checking who provides the service now. That helps when you are moving in, checking a bill, or trying to figure out who handles a service problem.
The reason is recent enough to be easy to miss. Emergency service calls moved to Eastern Municipal Water District on September 30, 2024. Water and sewer services transferred to EMWD on October 15, 2024. So a current water or sewer issue may not be solved by starting only at City Hall.
