Oxnard has a lot of everyday city questions that are easiest to start through Oxnard 311. The 311 page is built for service requests such as potholes, signs, graffiti, and similar local issues that need to reach City Hall.
For visible maintenance issues, the app or online portal is often the better fit than a general email. Oxnard’s 311 Reports page also shows how the city tracks requests from the app, including illegal dumping response work.
