Ontario uses one city counter for water, sewer, and waste billing
Ontario is a little simpler than some Inland Empire cities. Water, sewer, and waste billing use one city counter. Utilities Customer Service sets up new service. It also handles bills and payments for those three services.

Power, gas, phone, and internet can still be separate. But for water, sewer, and waste on an Ontario bill, use the city utility customer service page. It is handy for owners and tenants. The page gives setup steps for each.
