LAFD brush clearance status can be checked by parcel

Los Angelesbrush clearanceparcel status

Los Angeles property owners who receive a brush clearance notice do not have to work from memory. LAFD has a parcel status page that uses the APN and PIN from the mailed owner notification.

That page can help an owner see compliance status, noncompliance photos, and email notice options. It is especially useful when a property has a slope, long driveway, hillside brush, trees near the roof, or a fence line that may not be obvious from the street.

Before hiring work or arguing about what needs to be done, check the parcel status and current LAFD requirements. Keep the mailed notice, APN, PIN, photos, and any contractor invoice together. If several family members or property managers share responsibility, send everyone the same official link so the discussion stays tied to the property, not to guesswork.
