Escondido utilities, trash, and reports each have a clear lane
Escondido groups water billing, utility start and stop forms, water outage reporting, SDG&E, EDI trash service, and Report It links on its utility pages.
Escondido’s utility page puts several common chores in one place. Start there for water bills, new utility service, stopping service, water outages, gas and electric service, trash, recycling, or Report It.
That is a helpful map after a move. Water service is a city lane. Gas and electricity point to SDG&E. Trash and recycling point to Escondido Disposal, also called EDI.
For trash concerns, contact EDI at 760-745-3203. EDI can help with missed blue or green bin service, missing bins, trash bill questions, and household hazardous waste appointments.
Water outages have their own link from the utility page. City service reports use the Report It link.
Before you click, sort the chore by provider: city water, SDG&E, EDI trash, water outage, or city report. That keeps a household issue from turning into three phone calls.
