Chico sewer billing is separate from the Cal Water bill

Chico sewer billing can be separate from the water bill. If your home uses Cal Water and City of Chico sewer, you may get a Cal Water bill for water and a city sewer bill through Util360.

If you move or change contact information, start with Cal Water for the water account. That update also changes the sewer billing contact.

For sewer bill questions, use Util360 or the customer service phone number on Chico’s sewer billing page. Keep the account number from the bill nearby before you call or set up the online account.

The split is simple: Cal Water handles the water account, and Chico handles the city sewer bill.
