Antioch service requests start on the SeeClickFix map

Antiochservice requestspublic works

Antioch uses SeeClickFix for many everyday service requests. It is the place to start for things like potholes, graffiti, streetlight trouble, and other local issues that need a city crew or city review.

The map matters. Put the pin as close as you can to the actual problem, especially on long streets, near medians, or along park edges. If the issue is near an intersection, use the closest cross street in your description.

A short request is better than a long one. Try something like “streetlight out on the east side of the block” or “pothole in right lane near driveway.” Add a photo when it helps show the location or condition.

If the issue sits near a trail, school, apartment driveway, or shopping center, name that too. Antioch has older downtown blocks, hill streets, and newer neighborhoods that can all share similar street names, so the extra landmark helps keep the request clear.

Do not use the service request map for emergencies. For a normal neighborhood fix, though, it gives you a cleaner path than guessing which department owns the problem.
